Hello, I am curious if anyone has tried Reiki for relaxation and pain relief. If so, I’d love to hear how it went. Reiki is known and proven effective for promoting relaxation and pain relief, so much so that it’s in most of the hospitals and I’ve taught Reiki to innumerable nurses and a few doctors too. I didn’t see Reiki in the list of ‘Eastern and Alternative Therapies’. Thanks for any input you can offer on this!
