Greetings everyone. OK, Come across this site about a month ago and I realise I need to keep a diary. I’ve just started trying to keep one and use an old wooden bango needle barometer that I was given years ago by my dear old nan. It seems to work OK but I’m not sure if its accurate enough for getting a good reading. Any ideas? Maybe someone can recommend something that they are using that does the job.

DougI suppose if its not broken and you can see the readings it should be oK. Maybe you should check that its callibrated and giving a proper reading. I take my readings from a metal weather station that also reads the temp and humidity. The only problem is that its a bit difficult to see the small dial. Having read this site and a few others as well i need to get on with starting a proper weather diary. I did try for a few weeks but started missing readings but given the headaches I’ve had lately maybe I should stop finding excuses and just get on with it lol
