Hi ohnounder, my name is Jessie and I’m a LMBT. From what you posted I have a few more questions like what happened to your neck and if the pain pattern you feel is around the left side of the back of your neck to behind your ear and to your eye? If so, then I would think its a trigger point headache. Heat will help but since trigger points are an accumulation of metabolic waist at the nerve receptor, in this case in the upper trapezius muscle about in the middle of that muscle belly( there may be a tender spot there) a lmbt that knows trigger point therapy should be able to help. Also, you mentioned normal to low BP? My question is does walking help with the pain in your head?
Hello all, I am in NC and am very interested in learning more about the physiological effects of low barometric pressure. I have clients who suffer from headaches some of which could be weather related or a combination of skeletal perturbance and muscle dysfunction exacerbated by low barometric pressure. Any tips on what releives the pain or stops the HA would be great.
